need to do an essay!

I have no focus at all. It's not that I havn't done anything this weekend. I have. I've cleared hours of goodies off my TiVo. I've put away cds. I've run errands. Worked out once. Ate some food. Slept.
Paid moms bills. Paid my bills. Uploaded pictures for patty.
yet..the one thing i need to have done today..my essay..i havnt even touched.
and i dont want to. dammit.
i keep looking at the book and the scribbled notes but hant written a thing.
three to five double spaced. not a challange.
a book i read and comprehend and have an answer to the question i just can't get myself ot do it.
and i dont know why.
i love essays.
i hae a little girl inside me stomping her feet saying "no no no... i dont wanna" we;ll have to quiet her soon so I can get through this fabulousness..
